Russell Hardiman

Russell started his career with ITV on the Laser graduate programme, rising to a senior executive level. He then retrained in commercial and residential property with some of London’s leading firms before running his development business for over 15 years. The acquisition of a pub co led to a move into Hospitality and the creation of Barrel and Stone Pizzas, which has grown to 370 sites. Russell has property, finance, capital raising, business growth management, and brand-building expertise.
