Expression Capital Partners LLP founded 2024, is an independent private equity firm based in London. Expression will target the rapidly growing demand for location based entertainment activities, leveraging the team’s expertise.
Expression’s goal is to maximise value by creating chains of themed location based entertainment experiences “assets” in partnership with iconic brands on a Worldwide basis.
Our founders and management team have decades of experience in the leisure and entertainment sectors, sourcing opportunities, financing, designing, building, managing, and scaling some of the most successful attractions around the world.
We see ourselves as brand builders, partners and catalysts in the next phase of growth for great businesses. Our management will give additional benefits plus an experienced board who will be incentivised to help companies grow.

Expression has strategic relationships with sector specialists and industry associations, including IAAPA, that has several thousand members within the entertainment industry in over one hundred countries. Expression believes that this strategic relationship provides unrivalled access to a pipeline of potential entertainment investments and M&A opportunities. The association’s members range from startups to companies such as SixFlags, Merlin, Village Roadshow, Warner Bros, Disney, Hasbro, Looping Group and Universal to name just a few.
